When we think activities for toddlers, we imagine a very different kind of experience. Toddlers at TDLD complete small activities throughout their day as activities are part of everything toddlers do. For toddlers, activities and routines are interrelated. It is through these activities, the toddlers learn how to share, listen, and follow the rules. While teaching independence to toddlers, our focus is for them to explore the following activities throughout each day:
- Playing with toys and peers
- Dabbing in Art
- Pretend Play
- Stories and Books
- Tasting Foods
- Exploring Sand and Water
- Music and Movement
- Going Outdoors
- Learning Japanese
- Participating in weekly field trips to Indoor Goals and Oregon Gymnastics Academy
